Scrap the Boys February Challenge - DT take

How exciting, the new challenge over at Scrap the Boys is up!   I love the challenge for this month which is really a fantastic prompt to make sure we scrap those important memories.

Head on over for all the challenge details and LOADS of inspiration from the Design team.

Here is my DT inspiration take on the challenge.

I had fun creating this one while we were away and although it took me a couple of goes on the background I love how it came :)  I had lots of fun on this one with paint, Faber-Castell Design Memory Crafts gelatos, inks, stamps and stencils.  Of course there are some yummy spellbinders dies on there... I created the frames by nesting Classic rectangles large and small for fine rectangles :)

I'm so glad I was prompted to capture this memory!

Also, just a little reminder that bookings for my classes at the Scrapbook and Papercraft expo are now open and spots filling fast.  They will both be fun classes and you will be learning lots of different techniques, there will be giveaways in each class and we will be focusing backgrounds, layering with spellbinders dies and design.  I have even done all the die cutting for you to save time, but will demo and you can have a go as well if you haven't done it before.

Check out all the details here including sneaks of the 4 layouts created over the 2 classes :)
